On March 8, 2023, Xingji Meizu Group (referred to as "Xingji Meizu") held a strategic communication meeting in Wuhan and officially announced the establishment of the group. Mr. Shen Ziyu was appointed as the Chairman and CEO. The event was attended by key figures, including Liu Ziqing, Standing Committee Member of Wuhan’s Municipal Party Committee, Wang Yong, Executive Vice President and President of the XR Business Unit, and Huang Zhipan, Executive Vice President and CEO of Meizu, among others.
At the strategic communication meeting, Shen Ziyu announced that Xingji Meizu Group is committed to creating a multi-terminal, all-scenario, and immersive integrated experience for users. He also unveiled a new logo for the Meizu brand and announced that the "Boundaryless Ecosystem" launch event will be held in Shanghai on March 30.
Xingji Meizu Group is primarily formed by the merger of Xingji Times and Meizu Technology, founded by Mr. Li Shufu. After reaching a strategic investment agreement in July 2022, both parties deeply coordinated their operations and teams. Meizu Technology not only established a team focused on developing Flyme Auto but also set up a research center in Wuhan, working closely with Xingji Times on planning and designing mobile products.
Currently, consumer demand for all-scenario smart connectivity solutions is increasing, making technological innovation and ecological integration in the consumer electronics and automotive industries imperative.
Shen Ziyu stated that Xingji Meizu Group will integrate global technological achievements and talent resources, focusing on full-chain innovation in consumer electronics. Xingji Meizu also unveiled a new brand image and philosophy for Meizu during this communication meeting.
The new Meizu brand logo is a graphical representation of the abbreviation "MZ." The dot in the lower right corner symbolizes the starting point of a boundaryless universe, representing a "singularity" with infinite energy. Additionally, the "Z" on the left also resembles the letter "N," standing for "New," which symbolizes Meizu's new beginning and boundless passion.
The new brand colors for Meizu are "Passion Red" complemented by "Boundaryless Black." "Passion Red" signifies a love for life, representing optimism, enthusiasm, and a passionate pursuit of exploring boundaries, as well as the courage to challenge the status quo. "Boundaryless Black" embodies extremity and inclusiveness, reflecting Meizu's spirit of exploration and its limitless imagination for the future.
Additionally, Meizu's original brand philosophy of "Pursuit Comes from Passion" will evolve while maintaining its core values, with "Passion is Boundaryless" becoming the new slogan for the Meizu brand.

Huang Zhipan, Executive Vice President and President of the Mobile Division, as well as CEO of the Meizu brand, expressed at the meeting that over the past 20 years, countless Meizu fans have journeyed alongside the brand. "We thank our fans for not coming only in times of glory and not leaving during the lows. Meizu will repay everyone's expectations with even better products."
Additionally, Shen Ziyu announced that the Meizu 20 series flagship smartphones, the next-generation boundaryless ecosystem Flyme 10, and the highly anticipated Flyme Auto system are all in the final stages of preparation to meet the highest standards. Invitations will be sent out on March 14, the 20th anniversary of the Meizu brand, with the boundaryless ecosystem launch event taking place in Shanghai on March 30.
